In compiling your Running schedule your coach will be looking at many factors. Your experience and current fitness level are just the beginning. They will want to know about how often you train, what other activities you partake in and what terrain you mainly train over.
It will also be important to gather information during the program on how strong you are, your speed and endurance capabilities. Then there is your diet and eating times, your flexibility and core strength...
Sounds complicated, well don't worry. That is why our coaches will put together your own personalised Training Schedule. Be assured your coach will be pointing you in the right direction all the way and ensuring that you only train within you available time.
Your Training Schedule & Log will be sent you and then it is on with your training. Remember your feedback is invaluable - good or bad. Your training must evolve and the greater the feedback then the greater the chances of you exceeding your goals.
